Well, every billionaire out there has plans to build their idea of the perfect society from scratch - the city of the future. There's Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman (MBS) with NEOM The Line, Bill Gates, Elon Musk, and former Walmart CEO, Marc Lore, with futuristic city, Telosa. Telosa is said to be different from the rest, since it is grounded in reality and what is possible. Telosa City will be built with Equitism at its core, and like all other ambitious megaprojects, it is said to be sustainable. But with so many problems with Telosa's concept alone, it raises much skepticism from the public. On the other hand, optimists and visionaries praise Marc Lore and Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) on this sustainable megaproject of tomorrow. Telosa may very well be the ideal blueprint for what our shiny future could look like, or it could end up as a failure that underdelivers on its overpromise.
