A Simple Drill To Fix Your Forehand

My forehand is, or was very poor. Instead of continuing to ignore it, I decided to address it with some drills and pattern strengthening exercises. Here is one of the drills that I uses and three variations on how I use it. It has improved the distance and accuracy of my forehand disc golf throw greatly. I have added over 100 feet for my throw. It's still not perfect but I can now use it on the course and it has saved me a bunch of strokes on my round.
