#POE #pathofexile #kalandra Yesterday's Balance Manifesto had a few nerfs to overperforming skills and a bunch of buffs. Some of these won't matter much (e.g. Energy Blade and Reave, neither of which seems to get enough to matter) But others look much better. Including hit-based melee as an overall archetype, which gets a lot from the defense changes of all things (Fortify getting buffed is a huge deal here).
