The German flag-carrier Lufthansa tries to renew its long-haul fleet, and since October 2022, you can see Boeing's Dreamliner in Frankfurt. Luckily, I had the chance to try the first Boeing 787-9 on a flight from Frankfurt to New York, and now, it was time for the return flight. Flight LH403 in February 2023 was operated by Lufthansa's third Dreamliner "D-ABPC" and I got a seat in their new Business Class. This plane was originally built for Hainan Airlines, so it's not the new Allegris Business Class, but it's a modern seat in a 1-2-1 configuration. At Newark Liberty Airport, I visited the Senator Lounge, before it was time to get on board this brand-new plane.
