I think Jar of Hearts works perfectly when Love Never Dies came out although I firmly believe Phantom of the Opera needs no sequel. In this, I try to emphasize some of the difficult aspects of the storyline. Putting them together with the original and sequel, I want to show how horrible it would be to have slept with someone you loved, especially in those times and to have the other person treat it like a one night stand and slip out the window, play dead and return ten years later. After all that time, especially with a child and a product of that, it would be horrid. I am trying to convey those aspects but in a more classical way without doing a parody. I own nothing.
