Easy homemade cheeseburger for 2 burgers. Ingredients 250g beef mine (lean if possible) 1 egg 1 small onion Tomato puree and garlic (not essential. You could add your own flavours like chili) Salt Cooking oil 2 bread rolls Cheese The burgers were cooked on a high heat for at least 10 minutes and were cooked all the way through. If you prefer, you can cook them for less time and have them pink in the middle. Or you could cook them longer and have them browner.
