Gramat, Moulin du Saut Sur un Circuit ENS (Espace Naturel Sensible) de 4 km. Le moulin serait là depuis le 13ème ou 14ème siècles, entre la falaise et la rivière de l’Alzou. En ruine en 1577, il est reconstruit entre 1736 et 1739 pour la coquette somme de 40 000 livres par le baron de Gramat, Antoine Raymond de Fouilhac. Il a souvent changé de propriétaires après la révolution et a fonctionné jusqu'à la première guerre mondiale, où le meunier fut mobilisé. En 1924, il est racheté par un industriel de Périgueux et devient une usine de production électrique au rendement moindre. Les flammes l’emportent en 1925. Il est aujourd’hui la propriété de la ville de Gramat.
