Low blood pressure can cause a lot of problems. It can make you feel dizzy or just not yourself. 1. Postural hypotension (POTS) - This is an issue of low B1 or adrenal fatigue. 2. Dehydration - Too much exercise or vomiting, diarrhea, and diuretics can cause dehydration and low blood pressure. 3. Low salt - If your sodium level is low, your body won’t be able to retain the right amount of fluid. This can also cause low blood pressure. 4. Addison’s - This is a condition where your adrenals aren’t working correctly. This can cause sodium deficiency and low blood pressure. 5. Drugs - Diuretics, high blood pressure medications, and anti-depressants may cause low blood pressure as a side effect. 6. Low B12 or low folate - Being low in either of these nutrients can cause anemia and low blood pressure. 7. Post-prandial - Consuming a meal can cause your blood pressure to drop because of a weakness in the autonomic nervous system. 8. Heart weakness - A heart condition could be the cause of low blood pressure. Heart conditions can also cause high blood pressure. 9.
