The Le Mini Plus is a powerful food processor with a small footprint, making it perfect for smaller kitchens. It's a versatile machine, great for catering for 1 to 2 people. Magimix Le Mini Plus: https://www.magimix.com.au/40-mini-plus Speedy Chopped Salad Recipe by: Rosie Mansfield Time: 10 minutes Serves: 4-6 Ingredients: 2 carrots, peeled 1 daikon, peeled 1 zucchini 5 Radish 4 baby cucumbers Dressing 1 clove garlic 2 tbsp tahini ½ lemon 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil Salt & pepper Method: Place the grating attachment on your food processor, grate carrot, zucchini and daikon. Flip the attachment and change to slicing function, slice radishes and cucumbers. Remove the slicing attachment and place in the bowl and blade, blitz all of the dressing.
