This is a followup to the earlier video concerning the various issues I have run into trying to get a new clutch for my 1987 Dodge Daytona Shelby-Z. After a mere two business days from ordering this part at RockAuto.com, my new (~$113) SACHS clutch kit arrived this morning. The clutch disc is a perfect fit for the transmission input shaft on my Daytona and appears to have an identical spline arrangement to the older BECK/ARNLEY brand clutch disc. Once again I compare these OE style units to the non-fitting SPEC clutch disc, all of which have identical plastic alignment tools. I also take a look at the various different throwout bearings that each kit came with, although the one that came with the transmission appears to be fine so am continuing to use that one anyway.
