[Unity for Climate] "Unity for Climate" emphasizes the urgent call for collective action against the climate crisis. Through a chillout track, it invites reflection on the importance of coming together to safeguard our environment, highlighting the power of unity in the face of global challenges. [Nea Sezon] Celebrating the vibrant energy of summer, "Nea Sezon" (New Season) infuses the album with the spirit of renewal and warmth. Jazz influences permeate the composition, weaving harmonic idioms from the genre into a tapestry of sound that heralds the advent of sun-drenched days and lively nights. [Kashiwa Shore] The Kashiwa shore, located in Hidaka town of Wakayama Prefecture, Japan, is a picturesque coastal area known for its serene beauty and cultural significance. This area is part of the Kii Peninsula, a region steeped in history and natural splendor, attracting visitors with its scenic beaches, clear waters, and lush surrounding landscapes. The Kashiwa shore, with its tranquil atmosphere, offers a peaceful retreat for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. It is an ideal spot for leisure activities such as walking, swimming, and fishing. The area's rich cultural backdrop, characterized by local traditions and historical sites, adds a unique layer of depth to the visitor experience, making it a memorable destination for both domestic and international travelers seeking to immerse themselves in Japan's natural and cultural heritage. [Dan-dan Noodles] Dan-dan Noodles, also known as Dan Dan Mian, are a spicy and savory dish originating from Sichuan cuisine in China, renowned for their bold flavors and distinctive ingredients. This dish typically consists of a spicy sauce containing preserved vegetables, chili oil, Sichuan pepper, minced pork, and scallions served over noodles. Traditionally, the noodles are thin and hand-pulled, providing a chewy texture that perfectly complements the richly seasoned sauce. The name "Dan-dan" refers to the pole that street vendors would carry, with baskets containing noodles and sauce on either end, as they sold this dish to passersby. Dan-dan Noodles have gained international popularity, embodying the essence of Sichuan cuisine with their combination of spicy, savory, and slightly sweet flavors. This dish is celebrated for its capacity to balance complexity with comfort, making it a favorite among those who appreciate the depth and intensity of traditional Chinese cooking. [Akai APC40 MIDI controller] The Akai APC40 mk2 is a comprehensive control surface designed specifically for use with Ableton Live, a digital audio workstation (DAW). Channel Strips: The APC40 has eight channel strips, which are sets of a knob, pads, buttons and a fader that are aligned vertically. Pads: The RGB backlit pads are arranged in an 8x5 grid at the heart of the APC40. These are used for launching clips in Ableton Live. The green-lit pads are the ones currently playing, while the flashing ones are to be launched next. They are color-coded with the musical part they're assigned to. Faders and Knobs: Below this grid, there are eight channel faders and a master fader, each accompanied by a knob. These are used for precise control over the mix, allowing you to adjust volume and send levels. Each channel strip also includes a knob for device control, typically used for manipulating effects. Other: The APC40 has a dedicated section for device control, with eight rotary faders that control the parameters of the selected device in Ableton Live. The crossfader, at the bottom right, is assigned to Ableton Live’s A/B crossfade assignments. On the right side of the matrix, there are buttons for launching entire rows of clips (called scenes.)
