Yellowstone - Tour of East Upper Loop Dunraven Pass

We have been taking RV road trips to Yellowstone every fall for the last 3 years, and during those first 2 years we explored so much of the park...except for the upper east portion of the Grand Loop Road, the Dunraven Pass which had been closed for construction. We finally had our chance when it reopened in 2023 and I was so excited to finally see that area of the park and i was especially excited to hike one of the most recorded hikes to the top of Mount Washburn, but at last we still had a road block of sorts when it came to the hike, September and October have heavy bear activity along the Mount Washburn trail, so while the National Park website said the trail was closed, there were no signs at the trail head saying it was closed but they did do a good job of scaring the bejesus out of you. So we still didn't hike to the top of the mountain but we did get to see this area of the park and it turned out to be one of my favorite areas visually. It took me a little over 3 1/2 hours to drive this portion of the road from Canyon Village to Tower - Roosevelt, but that included stopping at every single pullout (Ok I think I might have skipped only 3) and taking photos and video, and then walking a few feet up the two trails on Mount Washburn, the Tower Fall trail and the small Calcite springs overlook loop.
