Few notes on making the Sarawak laksa: 1. Sieve the laksa broth when serving, to remove the residuals from the blended ingredients 2. Add salt or light soya sauce to adjust to taste when serving 3. Add some taugeh to it (Ah Pa got prepared but forgotten, haha) 4. Ah Pa is using the laksa paste as sambal in the video, but actually in real sense, you can blend some chili, garlic, shallot and belacan together, than sauteed it 5.
