Poor Dean, the cage is his own mind! Whhhy, my heart hurts. Plus when Cas was trying to find Dean, he found it so much easier when looking at the happy memories because there were so much fewer of them...someone grab me 12 more boxes of tissues please! Loved the concept of this episode though. Seeing Pamela again was nice too even if all being manipulated.
