Fire swept through Magnolia County and the residents are furious. After being told that there was nothing to worry about, over 3,000 citizens lost their lives. In the thick of election season, Governor Johnson is throwing everything she can at the problem; however, Chuckles appears to be a thorn in her side - rallying the troops against her while seeking out accountability. On the governor's order, new disaster response buildings will be constructed including emergency shelters and an Early Disaster Warning System. Additionally, a new neighborhood will be built alongside a massive remembrance park, built to commemorate the fire. In this episode, we'll focus on disaster recovery and preparation, building the aforementioned facilities while also growing the community. We'll master plan a new neighborhood and build a fully-custom remembrance park in the center.
