In June 2019 DAI was delighted to host another monthly "Meeting Of The Minds" Webinar which shared insights of some research commissioned by Alzheimer's New Zealand (NZ), presented by Liz Smith from Litmus, and was hosted DAI board member Alister Robertson, both from NZ. Our sincere thanks to them both for giving up their time and sharing this research with us. This presentation shares learnings from listening to 49 New Zealanders living with dementia. These people generously shared the stories of their lives after receiving a dementia diagnosis, the support services they need, how they live meaningful lives, and the impact on their relationships. Visit our blog to download their slides - https://www.dementiaallianceinternati... If you are watching this, and in a financial position to support DAI, please consider donating to DAI. In doing so you assist us to support more Webinars like this one, as well as support people living with dementia globally. https://www.dementiaallianceinternati...
