Young Manufacturing Leaders is a platform uniting passionate individuals aged 18 to 30 in the manufacturing sector. The Young Manufacturing Leaders Summit 2024, held during the World Manufacturing Forum, was dedicated to innovation, leadership, and shaping the future of the industry. A unique opportunity to engage with industry experts, thought leaders, and fellow young professionals. The agenda featured a keynote on Industry 5.0, panel discussions on topics ranging from digital technologies to human-centred manufacturing, and networking opportunities designed to inspire and connect the next generation of manufacturing leaders. During the afternoon, YML also announced the winners of two competitions: the YML European Innovation Contest – “Youth Leading Sustainable Manufacturing,” and the YML Contest for the World Manufacturing Report 2024.
