We are very grateful for your support. Dear Parishioners: We are moving towards a good resolution of our ongoing sound issues. 1. The source of the "crackling" noise has been isolated and eradicated. It shouldn’t plague us any more! 2. Our technicians have enabled a greater sound level increase in our streaming system. As of Sept. 15, I have made a 3rd increase in the sound levels. It should be making a significant difference. I would still appreciate hearing directly from you, as to whether it has helped. You can search using the terms, "volume booster" "free" and "open source." They exist for Windows and Macintosh computers. I use one on my computer for various reasons and find it generally helpful.
