Mona Abaza, MD, MS is a fellowship trained laryngologist and board-certified Otolaryngologist and Professor and Vice Chair of Faculty Affairs and Diversity at the University of Colorado SOM. She has been practicing Laryngology in a multi-disciplinary team in Denver for over 2 decades. She has worked with the DCPA, Opera Colorado, the symphony choir and other performing and student groups over the years. She is the proud mother of a CU freshman and wife of Mickey. Blair Whiteside, MM, MA, CCC-SLP is a speech-language pathologist at the University of Anschutz Medical Center. She specializes in voice disorders with a particular interest in care of the professional voice. Blair received a Master of Music at the University of Michigan and Master in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Northern Colorado. She continues to sing and perform regularly around Colorado.”
