Nippletop Slide.. The first time I ever saw this was from the summit of Mount Colvin and I thought to myself, oh my gosh that slide looks absolutely gnarly. It always looks steeper straight on then when you’re actually on it. I’d say there was a couple sections with a pitch of up to 55° but for most of it it was pretty timid and comfortable scrambling. I am not sure if it is always as wet as it was when we went but anything wet was extremely treacherous and slippery and needed extreme caution. At the top of the head wall when we started the bushwhack me and Tony were just laughing our asses off the whole time and it was an absolute blast. The bushwhack was honestly so much fun to me and I loved it. As all my bushwhacks with Tony I laughed my ass off the whole time at the insanity of our adventure! Love you guys! Seriously LNT - leave no trace. Meaning if you carry it in then carry it out and if you do see trash on trail try to carry it out as well to help keep these mountains beautiful and clean.
