The affected trees, comprising various species, were felled in a peculiar linear pattern, suggesting a rare weather event, possibly a tornado or straight-line winds. However, the exact cause remains unknown, prompting forest officials to consult with the Indian Meteorological Department and the National Remote Sensing Centre for further analysis.
