Determining the air content of concrete using a volume air meter (ASTM C173). This is one of the tests required as part of the ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician exam. Since I forgot to mention it in the video, to get the air content of the concrete, take the final air meter reading (3%, in this case), add the number of calibrated cups of water (if any; this will usually be 0), and subtract the correction for large amounts of alcohol (this is tabled, in ASTM C173, and was also 0 in this case).
