Paneer sandwich is a delicious and protein packed recipe that can be easily made on a griddle or in a sandwich toaster. Let’s see how to prepare this. #Howtomakepaneersandwich #paneer #sandwich What you will need: Paneer: 150 gms grated Cabbage: 1 cup grated Capsicum: 1 chopped Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp Onion: 1 chopped Chili flakes: ½ tsp Black pepper powder: 1/3 tsp Salt: As per taste Oil: 1 tsp Butter: 1 tsp Tomato ketchup: 2-3 tbsp Mayonnaise: 3-4 tbsp How to prepare: • Take a pan and heat little oil and 1 tsp of butter. • Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a min or two and then add 1 tsp of chilli flakes. • Fry for a few seconds and then add the chopped onions. • Fry for some time and now add the chopped capsicum and cook for a min. • Next add cabbage and fry on high flame for 2-3 mins to avoid releasing water. Add 1/3 tsp of pepper powder for some flavor. • Once the cabbage is fried I will now add salt and then add the grated paneer and fry for a few minitues. • Shift the mixture from the pan to a bowl and let it cool for some time. A • Add some mayonnaise to prepare a creamy mixture. Use this mixture to stuff my sandwiches. • Take two slices of bread and add butter on the one side of the bread. • Put 2-3 tsp of mixture on the bread and cover with another slice. Prepare the rest similarly. • Now preheat your sandwich mixture for 2-3 mins and place the sandwiches and toast for 2-3 mins. • Once done remove them from the toaster and cut them into two triangular halfs. • Serve hot with tomato ketchup or any dip of your choice.
