Sargamgeet… Sargamgeet is often the first introduction new learners have to the North Indian Hindustani raags. The ‘Swarabandh’ project of classical compositions by Pt. Hemant Pendse covers many bandishes, taranas, and sargam geet in different ragas. These compositions are recited by renowned and upcoming artists, as well as students of Pt. Hemant Pendse. These compositions have been published on Pt. Hemant Pendse’s YouTube channel (   / pendsehemant1  ) over the last two years. The following sargam geet composition in raag Bhairavi is an excellent example of musical harmony and creativity. The integration of new music technology and new notes is sure to capture the minds of young and adult music lovers who appreciate experimental music. The popular talented young singer, Arya Ambekar, who has made her name in the music industry with her versatile singing skills, has sung the Bhairavi sargam geet in this novel project. Mrs. Shruti Ambekar, classical vocalist, guru, and mother of Arya, was one of the first person to listen to the composition when it was still in its primary stages. She fell in love with the composition which eventually led to Arya lending her voice for this sargam geet. Satyajit Ranade from Dot Wave Studios has arranged music for this sargam geet and has effectively used an ensemble of sitar, keyboard, tabla, harmonium and chorus. This Bhairavi composition will soon be published on Arya Ambekar’s and Pt. Hemant Pendse’s YouTube channels. Warm regards, Manahar Sangeet Sabha 9422336536 सरगम गीत... उत्तर हिंदुस्थानी संगीतामध्ये रागाची ओळख करून घेताना नवशिक्या मुलांची पहिली भेट होते ती सरगम गीताशी. स्वरबंध च्या उपक्रमात पं. हेमंत पेंडसे यांनी अनेक रचना बांधल्या आहेत. त्यामध्ये बंदिशी, तराणे व सरगमगीतांचाही समावेश आहे. त्या सर्व रचना हेमंत पेंडसे यांच्या यूट्यूब चॅनेल वरून (Lockdown period ) दोन वर्षात प्रसिद्ध केलेल्या आहेत. यावेळी वेगळ्या बाजात व वेगळ्याच साउंड मध्ये बांधलेले हे भैरवी रागातील सरगम गीत इंटरनेट च्या युगात वावरणाऱ्या जगभरातील नवीन पिढीसाठी बनविण्याचा आमचा स्वरबंध च्या प्रोजेक्ट च्या मधून हा आगळा वेगळा प्रयत्न. बालचमू व तरुणाईला आवडेलच अशी त्यांची अत्यंत आवडती गायिका आर्या आंबेकर हिने हे सरगम गीत गायलं आहे. हे सरगम गीत संयोजन करुन प्राथमिक स्वरूपातले वर्जन ऐकण्यात आल्यावर लगेचच सौ.श्रुती आंबेकर यांनी पसंतीची पहिली मोहर उमटविली. आणि मग दुग्धशर्करा योग जुळून आला तो म्हणजे त्यांची मुलगी व शिष्या आर्या आंबेकर हिने हे सरगम गीत गायलं आहे. कोरस च्या साहाय्याने व सतार तबला हार्मोनियम व कीबोर्ड च्या साहाय्याने डॉटव्हेव स्टुडिओचे सत्यजित रानडे याने एका वेगळ्याच आवरणात ह्या सरगम गीताची अरेंजमेंट केली आहे. आज पं. हेमंत पेंडसे यांनी संगीतबद्ध केलेली ही रचना आम्ही हे स्वरबंध प्रोजेक्ट मध्ये यू ट्यूबवर हेमंत पेंडसे यांच्या चॅनेल वरून प्रकाशित करीत आहोत. साऱ्या संगीत विश्वाने दखल घ्यावी यासाठीच रसिकांनी ऐकून आपल्या मित्रांना ही लिंक फॉरवर्ड करावी ही विनंती आपले मनहर संगीत सभा 9422336536
