I was derusting for Valuethon 9 and my 2nd derust run turned into this with lots of good interrogations and taxi RNG and a few weird mistakes, like almost dying just before Tommy in Human Cargo and a death at the beginning of Rat Race. The splits in this run are for a new route called PSC Route. I used to run SPC Route (Shadow Tong, Palermo Mob, President's Club) but Skiller, another top runner, proposed we reorder to PSC (Palermo Mob, Shadow Tong, President's Club). The impact of this is that enemies will have different amounts of health and different weapons depending on whether a particular segment is done sooner or later. For example, doing Palermo Mob sooner means that the blue dumbbells during Sweet Candy will be on 1-hit KO when thrown, which is not true for SPC Route where they have slightly more health.
