In this episode of Monday Marketplace, we are featuring a yarn called Premier Spun Colors. We’ve carried this yarn for a bit, but have some models that are great for autumn wear. Each worsted weight skein has 419 yards, 65% Acrylic, 35% Fine Merino Superwash with a thick to thin stranding for added texture. The Open Waters Poncho uses one skein to make a rectangle and then sew the edges to form a shoulder seam. This makes for a lightweight warm autumn accessory. The Shell Stitch Shawl is a crocheted project taking two skeins, giving length to wrap around you. This shawl is also a rectangle and very easy to adjust the dimensions. We also presented a new “tool” from Twice Sheared Sheep called Work Until… Measuring Tape. You can hang the tape from your project, keeping it handy and work until the desired length!
