I recommend this balanced yoga routine for intermediate and strong beginner students. We do minimal cues for basic poses and more instructions for pose variations and more challenging poses and sequences. Minimal cueing in some parts of the class allows you to focus more on your experience and to enjoy moments of silence. We do a little bit of everything in this well-balanced yoga practice: standing flowing sequence, core strengthening, balance poses, twisting poses, side stretches, forward folds, backbend variations, hip opening, and relaxing floor stretches.
