These homemade fried buns, also known as bakery-style cream buns, are a tasty snack recipe that can be made at home without using an oven. If you have a stand mixer, you can make these with very little effort. It's just a matter of forming the dough into balls once you have it. It is almost identical to doughnuts and is known by various names in different countries. So go ahead and give it a try. ►Ingredients Milk - 2/3 cup Sugar - 3 tbsp Yeast - 2 tsp All Purpose Flour - 2 cups Salt - 1 tsp Oil - 2 tbsp Butter - 80 gms Sugar - 1 cup Oil for frying ►Method 1. Mix flour with sugar, yeast, salt, milk ( water if needed ), oil and knead it till smooth. 2. Rest it for 2 hours till it is doubled in size. 3. Blend butter with sugar and make the buttercream. 4. Make small balls and cover and rest them for 30 minutes. 5. Fry it in oil till it turns brown. 6.
