Both overt and casual biphobia is rife both outside and within the LGBTQ+ community. It has resulted in over 30% of Bi+ people not being out (compared with below 9% of gay people) and Bi+ people suffering truly shocking levels of bad mental health, more than our gay and lesbian counterparts.
