I love Shrewsbury. I had read and re-read all the Cafael novels by Ellis PEters long before first visiting Shrewsbury. Thanks to her novels I knew the road layout, as it is still the medieval layout she described so well. It is full of beautiful buildings, fascingating stories, and kind people. I love the place, and always enjoy and hour or two there.
