My Spellbinders Platinum 6 is broken!!!

Welcome back. My Platinum 6 will no longer fold up to be a nice and compact unit on my desk! I thought I was destined to leave it on the floor next to me which is not an ideal situation, so I thought I would contact Spellbinders to see if there is a repair kit I could purchase (as it out of warranty by a couple of months). Well, to my amazement, they just asked for a few photos, and BAM, sent me out a repair kit, which I fully expected to pay for, but didn't have to. Spellbinders were fabulous form my first contact right until I received the kit, I cannot praise them highly enough! I then thought I would video the repair process, to hopefully help someone else's journey.
