ANIME ONLY REVIEW Lesson 11: Can’t Struggle to lose Even though winning too easy makes a story boring, if the heroes struggle just to lose feels a bit odd. Especially if it happens multiple times in a series. The execution of a convincing win by the villains has to be very convincing and clear enough not to cheat the viewers that there was still a chance. Otherwise, instead of suffering for the heroes we definitely, at least I did, turn our backs against them. Both RWBY and the Shibuya Arc fall ruin to some of this issues. The heroes don’t win. They lose hard.
