Cable Flies (3 sets of 10-15 reps) • Great for isolating and stretching the chest muscles. Focus on a slow, controlled movement. 2. Flat Bench Press or Dumbbell Press (3 sets of 8-12 reps) • Targets the middle chest and helps build overall chest size and strength. 3.
