There’s an 80 year old man that owns it but doesn’t live there. One time, I saw him stopping by to grab the mail, but I didn’t have enough time to catch him and ask to clean up his lawn. Well, fast forward to today, I was cleaning up the home right across the street and got talking to some neighbors. Most of them didn’t know the man but right when I was leaving, a neighbor spoke with me and actually had his number. She called him up and asked if I could clean his yard up completely free and he agreed.
