One of the highlights of my trip to Papua New Guinea was staying with a local village for one night, and learning more about Papua New Guinea village life. I stayed with William and Florence in Kofure village near Tufi, and learnt more about their way of life and traditions. My dad and I stayed in a traditional hut, kayaked through mangroves and witnessed a local sing-sing dance before heading back to the UK the next day.
