Let's take it out of the box and test the factory firmware. Boot it up, yes it can tell you the time. There is a demo LoRa sender and receiver in the firmware. These are on the 868MHZ band by default. I manage to pick up the time via the GPS module and actually get a fix with 4 satellites. It also has three axis gyroscope, accelerometer and compass.
