In today’s video, I’ll explain what my experience has taught me and what I recommend to new entrepreneurs. • My background • Job vs. Own Business Job • Salary or predictive income • Health Insurance • Co-workers • Safe • Work 30-50 years and retire • Little freedom • Never paid for your full productivity • Raises of 3-5% each year • 40 hr work week • Own Business: No Salary, no guarantees No health insurance, but can write off as business expense No coworkers Not safe and stable until you’re established Work length may be shortened if successful and can sell business Total freedom and decision making The harder/smarter you work, the more you get paid. Income depends on business performance Especially in the beginning, much longer work weeks. Once successful, shorter weeks. • What do I recommend?
