Over the August bank holiday weekend, We took a trip to the Alton, The Star Camping and Caravaning Club Site to try out the new 2022 Outdoor Revolution Camp Star 600 Air tent and other Outdoor Revolution products. This is not a review, just our thoughts on our new camping gear and set up.were we doing it all wrong? Lets start off with the tent, Outdoor Revolution Camp star 600: Absolutely fantastic, so easy to pitch, and so much room. very impressed indeed....This has changed our camping life forever!!! The tent bundle included the tent,footprint,carpet,hand pump,pegs Blue Diamond Products: Hard Pro ground Pegs: These are a game changer..... Best ground pegs that we have used. Outdoor Revolution Storm Straps: Again... a total game changer!!! no more saggy tent roof ( a must for these massive tents) Outdoor Revolution 12 volt Electric pump: Inflated the 5 air beams in less the 5 mins, turn the dial to 4psi, press on and that's it. the pump turns off when the pressure in the air beam is correct. Perfect... Outdoor Revolution Camp Star Sun Canopy: for that extra bit of shade, perfect.so easy to assemble, and toggles to the front of the tent. Outdoor Revolution The Eco Deep Extreme Compressor Cooler: great piece of kit.... holds plenty and keeps things (beers) ice cold, just one gripe!!!, pull handle is a little flimsy....but this could of been that we had plenty of liquids keeping cool inside. Outdoor Revolution Camp Wardrobe: So easy to assemble, plenty of storage... Life changer, enough said. Outdoor Revolution Double Induction Hob & Pan set. Never used one before... but a handy great piece of kit. Fantastic safety feature,hob wont turn on until a induction pan is present on the hob.We don't know if all induction hobs are like this, but this for us is a very nice safety feature for when smaller children are around.(That added piece of mind) and for just £91.00.... Bargain The Site: Alton, The Star Camping and Caravaning Club Site beautiful countryside, great facilities, and only 2 miles from Alton Towers( if you want to go) Lovely area.
