Griffins are notoriously bad creatures in Magic, often occupying a filler common or uncommon slot and maxing out at 3-4 power. What if, though, we made a 2/2 Griffin every single time one of our Griffins connected with an opponent? That's what Zeriam adds to the deck and that sends the power of Griffins skyrocketing.
