Hey All! So, today we have a very highly requested training video! I always get comments asking to see me go against another female and I finally had a clip of a blue belt from my gym. She is such a sweetheart and trains and teaches consistently. She is one of the biggest hype-up girls I know for women in jiu-jitsu! She always has something encouraging to say to all of the ladies at our gym. So, hopefully, you enjoy our roll! Next, I have a blue belt male who I love training with. He is close to my size which is always a plus. So, I really get to work on my technique rather than trying to fight against weight. Also, this video is a little shaky because there were a lot of people training on the mat. So, my apologies!
