No Bake Cheese Cake Recipe | Easy Cooking | Taimoor zulfi

INGREDIENTS :) __________ 300 gms cream cheese, 1 tin sweet condense milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, 3 teaspoons lemon juice, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1 slab of melted butter, 300 gms of crushed digestive biscuits. Preparing the crust: 1) mix the brown sugar & melted butter with the biscuit crumbs. 2) coat a round cake tin with butter & spread the baking sheet on the bottom of the cake tin. 3) spread the mixed biscuit crust around the cake tin & press down with a small cup. 4) mix the cream cheese with the condensed milk, vanilla essence & lemon juice till smooth. 5) Pour the mixture onto the crust & spread it evenly with a spatula. 6) place the cheesecake in the fridge for 6-8 hrs to let it set. 7) remove from the cake tin on to a plate. Arrange cherries on the top of the cheesecake which is entirely optional. 8) cut a slice & serve cold… enjoy this simple recipe.
