Gretchen Moore, Executive Director for the Women in Manufacturing Education Foundation (WiMEF), shares her experience working with Second City Works to build the super skills required to adapt amidst the rapid digital transformation happening around them. WiMEF is a 501(c)(3) organization, created in 2016 by the Women in Manufacturing Association (WiM) and their founding members to design and develop training and educational programs that support the advancement and development of women at all stages of their manufacturing careers. "The engagement with Second City helped us think differently about how we approach professional development and the skills that are needed to lead and succeed in our modern world. We live in this time of rapid digital transformation, which is really exciting, but it also puts into sharp relief the need to invest in our human skills. I've never experienced another professional development workshop where people were so engaged, and so open, and so connected while also having fun and learning. It was, it was an incredible experience."
