Thanks to a new trick discovered by Rbh135 it was discovered that you can smuggle 4 cell starter items into 0 cells by grabbing items with the face hugger attack so long as you do not enter the room with the starter items. With this new trick I was able to obtain S rank items as starter items and save valuable time with stat gathering. After that its business as usual with the run, optimizing movement, watching the minimap and looking for map patterns, and taking additional risk by not taking the Yolo mutation. I was originally going to stick it out with 3 Brutality and 3 Survival but I got a 1/1 brut/surv amulet so it gave me a much needed hp buffer which saved me greatly during the final battle...
