I can't believe that the internet doesn't have a video or picture of this guy anywhere. So, here's my unwanted favor to the world. Rare Ghost, entry 79 on page 16 of the Encyclopedia in Castlevania Harmony of Dissonance. Here's a break down if the video moves too fast. The corridor directly below the warp room in the Clock Tower in Castle B. The upper most right area of the castle. The room has 3 Armored Fleaman and two seekers at the back of it, but you don't need to worry about the back. Dash in and out of the room until you see a little clown like dude. He has about a 1 in 20 chance of appearing, so it might take a few minutes. Once you see him, sneak up and slide into him. Don't worry. He only has 2 HP. If you have the patience, he drops a Lucky Ring and a Magic Brooch. Or you can just have him to complete your dictionary. Rare Ghosts also appear in other locations, but this room is the easiest and quickest to reach.
