How to assemble your alumitubs wood fired hot tub. AlumiTubs arrive as a pre-assembled unit. Find a level surface that can accommodate the filled weight of your tub (4500lbs for the Standard size hot tub and 6000lbs for the Large hot tub). A barrier such as rigid insulation provided with the tub should be used between the aluminum wood fired hot tub and pressure treated wood (it protects the tub and offers additional heat retention!). The chimney must have a minimum 10ft clearance from any flammable object. Wrap the tub with the insulation provided for added heat retention, put the slats on and secure them with the metal bands. Pop the chimney in, fill the tub and light the fire. You'll be soaking under the stars the same day it arrives. Wipe it down with a soft cloth.
