Mind blowing technical singletrack - Lake District emtb This is by far the most technical and mind blowing singletrack I have attempted. The monumental climb, just to summit Harter Fell was almost a video in itself! If you decide to tackle this route then be prepared to stay in ludicrous mode for most the climb. I have a 675wh battery amd used 50% over 9 miles to get to the top. I am heavy as well, keep that in mind as you will fair better. Jason guided myself, Marc and Shaun around this incredible loop in the south lakes. The descent down Harter Fell quickly escalated far past my riding ability, but also left a lasting taste of "it would be amazing clearing that level of technicality!" Once that was cleared, we were then faced with the prospect of Nan Bield and the infamous switchbacks!
