In this video, AskF5 shows you how to upgrade a high availability (HA) pair of VIPRION systems to a new version of BIG-IP software. The VIPRIONs are "bare metal," or standard VIPRION systems, which means they do not use the Virtual Clustered Multiprocesssing (vCMP) feature. The demonstration uses BIG-IP 12.1.2 and BIG-IP 14.1.2.7 software, and the Configuration utility and command line to perform the upgrade.
