These edible aquariums would be perfect for an "under the sea" themed party. 4 cups white cranberry or white grape juice 3 envelopes unflavoured gelatin Gummy fish Fruit cocktail Cucumber peel In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin powder over 1 cup of the juice. Allow to sit for 2 minutes. Bring remaining 3 cups of juice to a boil over in a medium sized saucepan. Add in the gelatin/juice mixture and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Allow to cool to room temperature and stir in blue food colour to achieve desired shade. Place a tablespoon of chopped up fruit cocktail into the bottom of 4-8oz clear cups or glasses. You can leave this out if you want just "water" and fish, Fill cups to about 3/4 full with the juice/gelatin mixture. Save about 1/4 cup of the liquid and set it aside. This will be used to smooth off the tops after inserting fish. Place cups in the refrigerator and allow to partially set. Use a knife or skewer to make a hole in the jello, insert the gummy fish or cucumber peel "seaweed".
