Yiasou! Welcome to my Greek Yogurt party! I would have to say that Greek Yogurt is my #1 food staple and I don't think there is a day that goes by that I don't have some in one form or another. Generally, I spoon it on my morning oatmeal, but I also use it instead of sour cream at dinner, instead of mayo at lunch, and just by itself as a late afternoon snack. Are all Greek Yogurts the same? Is there a standout? What about the "no name" or store brand varieties? Are you sacrificing taste to save $? In this video I try 10 different brands of Greek Yogurt and rank them out of 10, and then I put the top 3 head to head while I'm blindfolded! The result surprised me!
