Barcelona-based Playmodes Studio consists of a hybrid team of engineers, musicians and designers. Their deep interest in the relationship between visual and auditory phenomena, as well as their skills in electronic music composition, leads them to create projects where sound and image are treated as a single matter. In most cases, the same streams of data generate both audio and visuals through self-made software. BEYOND was performed at the Signal Festival, Prague in 2017. It consisted of a 35m long tunnel fitted with lighting and speakers.
